We want you to be 100% happy and satisfied every time you shop with us. We know that occasionally you may wish to return an item that is faulty or it may not be quite what you expected - you may even sometimes change your mind.
Our full return procedures and conditions are as follows.

Return of faulty goods:
Faulty goods will be replaced free of charge but it is the responsibility of the customer to return ONLY the faulty product to Watch4all . Goods must be returned in 7 working days from reporting any fault. Note: Only the faulty item will be replaced, any original packaging and accessories accompanying the item will be returned to the customer along with the replacement item.
If a refund is required on returned faulty products:
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to return the goods in 7 working days and in good condition including all the original packaging and accessories.
Any short fall will be deducted from the refund at the appropriate rate for a replacement of the missing item. Goods that are returned faulty within 30 days of purchase can be replaced or a refund provided. Returns after this period will only be replaced or a credit note provided as a claim is make under the manufacturers warranty.
Cancelled orders and unwanted goods You have 7 days the "day after" the day that the goods are received under the distance selling act from arrival of the goods to cancel your contract.
The goods must be returned to us in the condition they were despatched, complete with all packaging and in a re saleable state. The goods remain YOUR responsibility until they are received and signed for by us. A refund will be provided within "30 days of cancellation". If these conditions are not met then you will be refused a refund.
